Q: Best recipe for ground turkey breast?
I have a couple packs in the freezer and want to make hubby something new. I always do chili, tacos, turkey burgers.. The usual ground turkey recipes... Does anyone have any recipes they would be willing to share for ground turkey breast?

A: I found this recipe online, tried it, and although it was good, it was "missing something". I think the next time I make it I will add a dash of cayenne, just to jazz it up a bit. Turkey Marsala Casserole •2 medium onions, chopped •3 cloves garlic, minced •20 ounce package of ground turkey breast •1 T olive oil •Salt and pepper (don’t be shy here) •16 ounce box elbow macaroni •14 ounce can beef broth •¾ cup Marsala wine •½ cup flour •½ cup water •4 ounce jar of roasted red peppers, chopped •2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Preheat the oven to 375 Boil the macaroni in plenty of boiling water, to package instructions, but leaving a little on the “al dente” firm side. Drain. Meanwhile, brown the meat, onions and garlic in oil, with salt and pepper, until meat is cooked and onion is tender. Drain. Bring beef broth and Marsala wine to a boil. Mix flour and water together and add slowly to liquid, whisking and returning to a boil after each time you add some. You want to thicken the mixture to a consistency of gravy. Mix the meat mixture, the broth, the macaroni, the peppers, ½ cup of the cheese together. Load into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and put into the preheated oven for an hour. Remove cover, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and heat for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Q: Smoked Turkey Breast - Where can I find a recipe for smoking a turkey breast in an electric H2O smoker? Thanks
I have a simple electric H2O smoker. I'd like to try smoking a turkey breast but need a recipe. Thank you!

A: I do this quite often. What l like to do is mix some fresh ground pepper and garlic salt up into soft butter. Make a slit on either side of the skin way down low and use a rubber spatula to insert this mixture up under the skin. A bone in turkey breast takes about 6 hours at 225 in my smoker. You want your bird to get to an internal temp of around 170-180. The best thing to get is a remote thermometer so you can monitor the bird with out having to open the lid and let all of the heat out. www.cookshack.com has an excellent forum to research and or ask questions.

Q: Anyone have a recipe for boneless turkey breast in the crockpot?
I have two mid sized boneless, skinless turkey breasts (pkg says "tenderloins") that I would like to make in the crockpot tomorrow. I eat a fairly low calorie diet, so can't be a recipe smothered in cheese! Any suggestions?

A: I cook turkey breasts in my crock pot all the time, and I love to use Campbell's Healthy Request Low fat & sodium "Cream of Mushroom with Garlic" soups. (Or any other healthy request flavor) Just add 2 cans to the turkey in the crock pot. add enough water to cover. cook on high til it falls apart! It's DELICIOUS, low in fat and calories!! and you can use the remaining "gravy" on potatoes if you like!

Q: Good Turkey recipes? HELP!?
So, my mom works again this year, but instead of me cooking for 4 of us, i have to cook for 12 people! D: So what are some of your favorite Turkey breast recipes that even your kids enjoy? What else are you making for dinner that you can suggest for me to make to surprise my family.

A: Wow, you have quite the responsibilities this year (again) but so many people have to work Holidays now (it's sickening, I did it for 20+ years) and it stinks! I would hope that your quests could bring a dish, that would be nice. But, if not, keep it simple, here's an easy Turkey breast recipes, do some Mashed Potatoes (but instead of milk, use some sour cream), stuffing (you could use the box kind but add some sausage) , gravy, cranberry sauce (add in some mandarin oranges, raisins or diced apples), a simple salad (you could use spinach instead of the normal salad mix), dinner rolls (or cresent rolls) and some veggies (kids are picky on this one, but if you top them with cheese, they're in!) Carrots with maple syrup and apples are good too, kids love that! I also like doing Breaded Turkey Cutlets, they are simple and easy to cook. I don't wish this task upon any one person, believe me, but remember............you're doing the best you can and cooking for 12 people, all by yourself isn't easy. I hope your guests will be appreciative of your efforts and caring! Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving! Honey-Mustard Turkey Breast INGREDIENTS 1-1/4 (6 pound) bone-in turkey breast 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons honey mustard 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon pepper DIRECTIONS This recipe's Ingredients were scaled to yield a new amount. The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield of 10 servings. Place the turkey breast in a shallow roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over turkey. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F, basting every 30 minutes.

Q: Whats a good recipe for Turkey Breast Tenderloins?
I have this in my freezer and just wondering how should I make it? What with? Any suggestions would help. Thanks! Lemon Garlic Seasoned

A: Turkey Pot Pie!!!! Use 1 cup of milk, 2 cans cream of potato soup, bag of frozen mixed veggies and diced turkey. Heat all, put HALF into a 9 in pie crust (I just use the refrigerated one) and cover with crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. I say half, so you could make two or store the other half in the freezer until next time. I usually add potatos to mine, but take out the half first, since potatos don't do well in the freezer.
